RETURNS POLICY
Within 14 days of delivery, any items wishing to be returned and refunded must be unopened and seals intact as we cannot guarantee the uncompromised quality. If you have opened the product we cannot offer a refund but if you wish to try an alternative one, then free samples (just paying for delivery) can be requested to make sure you are happy before purchasing again. This will be limited to one sample of each item per customer unless we are running a promotion or discount, but we do reserve the right to refuse any given offer or promotion.
